Steamed Fruit Mush Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c of fruit (blueberry, raspberry, cherry, or peach)
1 tsp of juice (lemon)
2 c of flour
3/4 c of milk
1 tsp of salt
1 Tbsp of butter (unsalted)
2 c of sugar (refined)
4 tsps of baking powder (Calumet)
Instructions:
Combine flour, salt, and Calumet; add butter and cut. Add milk; mix them well. Combine fruit, juice, and sugar; add onto the batter then mix them well. Pour onto a greased mold and cover it tightly.
Steam it for forty-five mins. Serve along with chilled cream.
