Marshmallow Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
3 pcs eggs; beat well
4 Tbsps of sugar (refined)
3 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
6 Tbsps of vinegar
1 can of cherries (32 oz); drain
1 can of orange sections (Mandarin); drain
1 can of pineapple (chunks); drain
2 c of marshmallows
1/2 pint whipped cream
4 pcs bananas; diced
Instructions:
Mix eggs, sugar, butter and vinegar inside a saucepan. Simmer at low temperature til mixture thickens. Allow to cool down. Add the fruits then let it stand for eighteen to twenty four hours in the refrigerator.
Pour in marshmallows, then bananas and mix thoroughly. Add whipped cream to preferred consistency and serve right away.
