Chinese Fruit Compote Recipe
Ingredients:
2 small apples
1 cantaloupe (small)
2 small oranges
14 ounces of drained lychees
Instructions:
Peel apples then have them cored. Slice thinly into wedges. Also peel oranges and then divide them into individual segments. You cut melon into half then scoop insides out. Discard pulp & seeds.
You cut insides of melon into inch-sized cubes. Combine fruits together in mixing boil. Gently mix fruits together. You tightly wrap your bowl w/ clear wrap ’til serving time.
