Cheddar Fruit Drops Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of butter
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 c of firmly-packed sugar (brown)
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 & 1/2 c of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c of chopped cherries (Maraschino)
8 & 1/4 ounces of crushed pineapple; drained
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 c of granulated sugar
1 & 1/2 c of flour (unbleached)
1 large egg
Instructions:
Cream together butter & sugars ’til fluffy and light. Add in vanilla and egg.
Combine all of the dry components and add into mixture, blend very well. Add in cherries, cheese and pineapples. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into plain cookie bake sheet.
Let it bake for about 15 mins at three hundred seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit.
