Cantaloupe Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pineapple (large)
A cup of finely-chopped walnuts
A cup of raisins
2 medium cantaloupes
1 yogurt
1 apple (large)
1 c of freshly shredded coconut
Instructions:
Remove the seeds and rind of cantaloupe. Have pineapples peeled & cored. Have apples cored. Slice all fruits into bite-size chunks. Combine them all then add your walnuts.
Place in large bowl. Your scoop the yogurt carefully into serving-size individual bowl then pass your salad around. Stir yogurt w/ fruits well to have fruits evenly coated.
