Apricot Fruit Flip Recipe
Ingredients:
12 oz of apricot nectar (canned)
1 pc of banana (ripe, medium)
1/4 c of instant milk (dry, non-fat)
2 Tbsps of juice (lemon)
1 Tbsp of honey (pure)
1 tsp of lemon zest; grated
Cubes of Ice
Instructions:
Place the nectar, banana, milk, juice, honey, and zest inside a blender; blend thoroughly. Add ice, enough to get four cups of the mixture. Blend thoroughly till smoothened. Serve at once.
